Lucas Elementary, how does your garden grow?

Thanks to generous grants from local organizations!

Lucas Elementary has been selected to receive funding from New Pioneer Co-Op's Soilmates program and the HyVee One Step Produce Garden Grant. These grants will provide Lucas with $900 for the school garden. 

Outdoor Workday and Stuff the Truck

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Saturday March 28th, is the Lucas Outdoor Workday!  Come help prepare the garden and prairie for the coming of spring.  Sign Up for specific times or just come pitch in!

And while you are at it, donate your items to Stuff to benefit the Lucas Family Resource Center.

Thanks to all the Lucas friends and family who contributed to Fun Night! We appreciate all the donations of cakes and time and are glad so many of you were able to come.

Have suggestions on how to improve Fun Night in the future?   Come to the PTO meeting tonight in the Art Room at 7pm.  Childcare is provided and an agenda is available.
