When: 5:30pm at Mercer Park- Lucas is #31 in the lineup- Parade starts at 6pm!
What: The theme is 'Your School in a Word"- our word for Lucas is: Resourceful
What to wear: Your favorite Lucas gear...Lucas colors...a creative costume...a big smile!
What to bring- ideas:
- A DIY poster illustrating 'resourceful' in some way
- A DIY poster showing off your favorite aspect of Lucas (e.g. Library, Prairie, art work, etc.)
- Small wrapped candy to hand out on the parade route
Important to all parents: Students planning to walk in the parade need to be accompanied by a parent!
The parade will conclude at Bates Field just off 1st Avenue. Hope you can make it!
