Tiny Box Tops add up to big $$

Well, we Mighty Hawks sure do love our Cheerios (and Betty Crocker and Yoplait and a host of other products.) We collected almost 19,000 Box Tops during our October redemption period. Each one is worth 10 cents, which adds up to a great source of funds for our PTO initiatives. (Take this teachable moment and let your child do the math!)

Keep an eye out for these little pink dime-equivalents on the products you purchase and watch for the next call for collection.

In the meantime, congratulations to Ms. Dostal's 6th grade for the most Box Tops in a single classroom--1,771! You have a cookie party coming your way.

In second place, Mrs. Gugliuzza and Mrs. Vincent's 4th graders brought in 1,625 Box Tops and Mr. Ryan's 5th graders gathered 1,384, for third place.

You can also participate in the Box Tops program online by shopping for your favorite items through the Box Tops Marketplace and by registering an account at boxtops4education.com where you can earn bonus box tops by spending a minute or two answering an online survey, watching a promotional video, or playing a game.
