Science and math tutoring offered for 5th-12th grade students

The University of Iowa's Multi-Ethnic Engineering and Sciences Association (MESA) offers free tutoring for Iowa City students in grades 5 through 12. The program is offered on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. at the University of Iowa's Seamans Center for the Engineering Arts and Sciences (located at Washington and S. Capitol Streets downtown, just south of the Old Capitol Town Center and Iowa City Transit hub.)

The first session is Tuesday, Oct. 2. To register, call the school district's equity office at 688-1000. More information is available in this brochure
